Quantitative Image Analysis

Cell tracking experiments are used to measure multiple parameters simultaneously. This approach can be used to characterize the morphology of migrating cells or combine force measurements with intracellular rheology. We have used this approach to study populations of invasive cancer cells and to compare invasive and non-invasive cells from multiple tumor types.
